| 内容記述 | Educational training system for environmental toxicology laboratory has been established. Fundamental lexicological tests, such as general toxicology, mutagenicity, and teratogenicity tests were performed to one xenobiotic chemical in this training. Organophosphorus compounds were used as the xenobiotic chemicals because they were diffused and sometimes very harmful to human and animals. In addition to these toxicological examinations, detection of environmental harmful microbe. Legionella, was also performed using current PCR techynique. By taking this training, students of 5th grade of school of veterinary medicine learned about toxivological evaluation skills. |
