内容記述 Small-angle X-ray scattering is a simple and convenient method to obtain structural information of aqueous molecules such as their size and shape. In contrast, irregular aggregates observed due to the synchrotron radiation equipment and/or various experimental conditions have been a serious bottleneck in SAXS analysis. In the present study, we constructed a monodisperse scattering profile from the experimental data with aggre-gation by multi-disperse analysis, and calculated the coarse-grained beads model by Monte Carlo simulation. In addition, we also calculated the coarse-grained beads model from monodisperse data without aggregation. Consequently, in both cases, the obtained beads model was well superimposed onto the crystal structure reported previously. This suggests that the present multi-disperse analysis could be quite effective where removable ag¬gregates prevent us from attaining monodisperse condition.
