There was a significant difference in the effect of olanzapine on the schizophrenia negative syndrome among the patients with and without the s allele of 5-HTT. Two types of tau isoform are found in neurofibrillary tangles-a pathological hallmark of tauopathies. To study how and which tau isoforms contribute to neurobal degeneration, we have developed two novel conformation-sensitive antibodies. There was no cross-reactivity between T3R (tau isoform, three-repeat tau) and T4R (four-repeat tau), and T3R and T4R showed reduced binding to the thioflavin-positive β-structural form of their
