{"created":"2023-06-19T07:19:07.889688+00:00","id":5031,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"cb7373ce-cbd8-41e5-acf6-5d2f03214cfc"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"5031","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5031"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:az.repo.nii.ac.jp:00005031","sets":["17:255:348","31:181:494"]},"author_link":["21775","21776"],"item_12_biblio_info_16":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"129","bibliographicPageStart":"124","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"15/16","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"麻布大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Azabu University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_12_description_13":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"愛玩用に輸入される齧歯類の公衆衛生上のリスクを評価するために,2006年に輸入動物届け出制度に基づき衛生証明書が添付され輸入された8種の齧歯類,計140匹を対象として病原体保有状況調査を行なった。その結果,レプトスピラ(Leptospira alexanderi)がステップレミング1匹(1/10,10%)で検出された(全頭の0.7%)。Borrelia属細菌は,シマリス5匹(5/30,16.7%)から,B. grahamiiおよびB. washoensis,それぞれ3匹,2匹から検出された。また,消化管よりSalmonella Enteritidisが11/140,7.9%分解された。140匹中20匹の皮膚よりS. aureusが分離され,特にデグー1ロット(9/10)とピグミージェルボア(8/10)からの分解率が高かった。消化管内寄生虫として,人獣共通寄生虫である小形条虫が23匹のハムスター(ジャンガリアンおよびゴールデン)で確認された。なお,腎症候性出血熱,ペストおよびライム病の病原体に対する抗体を保有する動物はいなかった。また,Yersinia pestis,野兎病菌,豚丹毒菌も分解されなかった。以上のように,過去に実施した愛玩用野生齧歯類を対象とした成績より,今回検出された病原体の種類は少なかったものの,輸入ロット毎に汚染の高度な動物群が存在し,野生動物ではみられなかった病原体も確認されたことから,衛生証明書の添付が義務付けられた現在でも,一般市民に愛玩用としての齧歯類の取り扱いに関して注意を喚起し,動物取り扱い業者へは,駆虫を含めた衛生指導が必要と思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_12_description_14":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"We examined the pathogen -bearing status on eight species, 140 rodents with health certificate to evaluate the risk in imported rodent public health. Consequently, Leptspira was detected one Step- Lemming (1 of 10, 10 %) by PCR method.A positive rate is as follows. Borrelia grahamii 3/30 (Asiatic chipmunks), B. washoensis 2/30 (Asiatic chipmunks), Salmonella Enteritidis 11/140(7.9 %), S. aureus 20/140 skin (degu 9/10, Pygmy jerboa 8/10), dwarf tapeworm (hymenolepiasis nand) 23/140 (Hamster: Phodopus sungorus, Mesocricetus auratus). There were no antibodies against for Hantavirus and plague in all rodents. Also, Yersinia pestis, Francisella tularensis and Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae were not isolated. The kind of the pathogen was less than that of past results of wild rodents. However, the pathogens were infected with the high rate with some animal species. The pathogens not seen in wild rodents were isolated in breeding rodents.
