Fundamental toxicological tests, such as general toxicology, mutagenicity, and teratogenicity tests were performed to one xenobiotic chemical in this training. Organophosphorus compounds were used as the xenobiotic chemicals because they were diffused and sometimes very harmful to human and animals. In addition to these toxicological examinations, detection of environmental harmful microbe, Legionella, was also performed using current PCR technique.
