| 内容記述 | The effect of prenatal exposure to PCB126 on conditioned fear stress was performed in rats. Standard conditioned scramble shock (1mA x 30s x 5) exerted freezing in PCB rats was not different from that in corn oil rats. Light freezing was exerted by 1mA, is scramble shock in other rats. There was no significant difference between the freezing rate of corn oil and PCB rats. These data indicate that prenatal exposure to PCB126 may not influence emotional reactions. However, the effects of serotonin reuptake inhibitor and monoamine oxidase inhibitor on freezing rate must be further examined to evaluate whether PCB126 modified emotional reactions or not. | |||||||||||
