{"created":"2023-06-19T07:19:04.442677+00:00","id":4853,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4c642afb-3130-4d33-9b2a-4ec30901d39b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"4853","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4853"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:az.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004853","sets":["31:181:508"]},"author_link":["21144","21145"],"item_12_biblio_info_16":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"179","bibliographicPageStart":"175","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"11/12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"麻布大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Azabu University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_12_description_13":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"159頭の健康家庭犬血清を採取して,市販のELISAキットを用いて抗サイログロブリン自己抗体保有状況を調査するとともに,犬用の化学発光酵素免疫(CLEIA)システムによるサイロキシン(T4)および甲状腺刺激ホルモン(TSH)濃度の基準範囲を設定した。又,人用の化学発光免疫(CLIA)システムを用いて,遊離T_4(F-T_4)濃度の参考基準範囲も設定した。T_4とF-T4濃度のデータは正規分布を,又TSH濃度のそれは対数正規分布を示した。そこで,常法に従い,各項目の平均値±2×標準偏差(TSHは対数変換データで計算)を基準範囲とした。サイログロブリン自己抗体は5頭の犬で検出された。これら5頭を除外して基準範囲を求めた結果,T_4濃度は0.61~3.30μ9/dl,TSH濃度は0~0.50ng/ml,又F-T_4参考濃度は0.52~1.97ng/dlであった。上記健康家庭犬のT_4およびTSH濃度と,実験用ビーグル犬33頭および重度疾患犬35頭のそれを比較した。その結果,ビーグル犬群には原発性甲状腺機能低下症の潜在が,又疾患犬群には少なからず偽甲状腺機能低下症候群の存在することが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_12_description_14":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Serum thyroxin (T_4) and thyrotropin (TSH) concentrations were measured in 159 Japanese healthy dogs using Chemiluminescence Enzyme Immunoassay (CLEIA) systems for canine samples. Free T_4 (F-T_4) in the same population was measured using a Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA) system for human samples. In addition, anti-thyroglobulin auto-antibody (TGAA) was measured by using a commercial ELISA kit. Five dogs were established as TGAA positive. The T_4 and F-T_4 data were normal distributed and TSH results followed lognormal distribution. Reference ranges of T_4, F-T_4 and TSH were calculated from the mean±2SD (log transformed data were used for TSH) after eliminating the data from the TGAA positive dogs. The reference ranges obtained were 0.61-3.30μg/dl for T_4, 0-0.50ng/ml for TSH and 0.52-1.97ng/dl for F-T_4. In addition, serum T_4 and TSH were measured in 33 experimental beagle dogs and 35 patient dogs with severe illnesses.
