| 内容記述 | We have constructed a magnetic rail system that allows a superconductor to travel in a loop for a long time, similar to a maglev train. The system incorporates a Lego Mindstorms-controlled escalator that automatically cools the superconducting train with liquid nitrogen after each lap. As a result, the superconducting train is able to run continuously for over an hour. This demonstration will motivate students to learn physics and materials science. | |||||||||
